Do
you spend more time walking or driving? It depends where I am working. Right now, probably about the
same, because I have a brief commute and I walk for pleasure, but most of the time I have
rather long drives to work. I loved it when I lived in big cities and I could walk with
purpose and incorporate walking into my daily routine.

At this time, I can go a week without even
getting into my car. So, I'd say walking. I of course cover more miles in a week by car
then I do by foot.

During the week, I'd say walking. I drive 4
miles to the train station, take a train to work. Walk 6-7 blocks to work. Walk around at
work. Walk 2 miles 3 times a week at lunch time. Walk 6-7 blocks back to the train, train
home and drive car to home. If I have to go out and chauffeur my kids around, it is via
vehicle. On the week ends, it usually tooling around town in my large automobile.

Wallking, duh. I walked, a few to several
miles on the weekend...or at least every other weekend. I walk half-han hour plus during
lunch at work most days...plus I do a lot of walking anyhow...although it is more of a
mental thing than a physical think...To quote a wise philosopher, it keeps me sane...
