What
is the last bizarre situation you have been in?I keep dressing the
same as Alicia (a girl at work). It's totally by accident too which makes it even weirder.
Today we have on the same pants, that are the same size, brand and color. Spooky!

You have to define Bizarre. I guess it was a
few week-ends ago when I was at the Landmark Bar with Julie (Linda's sister) dancing.
These guys were seriously checking us out and then one of then got up the nerve to ask
Julie to dance (please note: we were already dancing) and she said only if he danced with
both of us. So the three of us are out there on the hot crowded dance floor and he keeps
trying to grind Julie. Finally we got fed up and left. There was this hotdog cart outside
and, what we presumed to be some sort of mannequin on a chair (coat over face). Suddenly
the "mannequin" moved and we bought two dogs off of him. Then promptly he went
inside and left his cart all alone

Hmm. *Thinking back* It was kind of bizarre
to be talking, last night in IM, to one girl about prom dresses or something frivolous
like that and to another about someone we know who had recently been raped. It just seems
odd to be able to have both of those conversations simultaneously and be able to be
interested and active in both.

I can't think of one. Bizarre things
just don't happen to me. I'll look forward to reading some of the answers to this
question. Felica comes up with some good ones.

I was propositioned by my aunt's exboyfriend
the other night at work. He said something really crude and obnoxious. I just looked
him up and down and asked him if he knew who I was. He said no, so then I took great joy
in telling him just who my aunt was. He looked like a scalded cat and he slunk away.
Bizarre is getting hit on by men who could have potentially been my uncle. Eww.

One that comes to mind is when the
fat middle aged naked guy offered me a toke and I kindly turned it down which somehow led
to a political discussion on child labor and where to
find high quality black lights.

Well, it was pretty bizarre for me to be
sitting at a table in a restaurant with my 15 year-old daughter next to me and her
biological father across from us. I had never dreamed of that particular scenario. It
turned out to be a great adventure and positive event for all concerned.

Last Christmas, with my family. Any time we
get together, it's bizarre.

This isn't bizarre, but slighly humorous. I
was at a party the other night, and I was completely trashed. I began talking to a
boy that looked familiar, and then I realized we had a mutual friend. I introduced myself,
and he himself, but we couldn't shake hands as he was holding a cigarette in one hand and
a gin and tonic in the other. Nevertheless, he held out two fingers to me on the hand that
was holding the gin, and in my drunken state, I amiably grabbed his fingers and shook them
vigorously, spilling gin all over him. Quite comical.
And then there was New Year's Eve, where it
turned out that all the people I was partying with used massive amounts of coke, and I
ended up being dragged into lots of bathrooms with them while they snorted. My evening
ended in the apartment of their dealer, listening to them talk about the return of heavy
metal.

not many bizarre situations in my life, but
the MOST bizarre involved a stray dog that myself and a friend had found. He was a
rottweiler and turned into a good dog. One day, we were watching tv and for no reason the
dog started growling at the corner (literally, just a corner, nothing was in the corner).
I called him, he didn't move, just stared into this corner and growled. After a
minute or so, he stopped growling, his ears perked up and he started looking around with
this confused dog look. To this day, we have no idea what the hell that was.

I don't know about bizarre, but out of the
ordinary about hits it. I was helping a new colleague sign up for cell phone service. The
proprietor at the local cell emporium as an asian woman named Chang with a heavy accent.
She was very busy. First she had run out of contracts in English, so she gave us a
spanish-language contract to fill out. She did give us a completed English contract to
compare it against though. During the process of authorizing company credit she had me on
hold with business support. Once they picked, she took the phone and handed me the on hold
call for another customer's activation. That call came on the line. She was still dealing
with our account. She handed me a piece of paper and a pen and asked me to write down the
code, which I did. Then she was put on hold with our call again and handed the phone back
to me. This sort of back and forth happened a couple of times. Me playing the role of a
pseudo employee. The whole lanugage, not quite business-like atmosphere of it all was fun
and unexpected. I could see that there might be others who would not have found the
situation as amusing though.

I'm both a prig and a snob. I was
born in the last millennium and my values were shaped
by Edwardian parents. Consequently I find a great deal of modern life to be rather
peculiar. Last week I spent about six hours in a hospital recovery room under the
supervision of a nurse who entertained the rest of the patients with yuk-yuk jokes about
drinking beer from urinals. Most people found her funny.

whenever I get stuck going to a party, I consider that kind of bizarre...for me.

I was supervising a professional cook
yesterday. I have not professional experience at all, but was chair of the kitchen
committee for a benefit dinner. I tried to convince this woman to take charge, but she
kept coming to me for direction.

I was in a salvage yard yesterday
with mud all over my feet climbing over car parts to
get to a Jeep, which had a TON of useful stuff for me. It was pretty bizarre just finding
it, because I saw it and went to it and it had the exact interior from my first Jeep,
which I had never seen in any other vehicle.
