What
was the last embarrassing thing you witnessed happening to someone else in a public
setting?I'm not sure what the last thing was. Embarassing things happen arround
me all the time. The last embarassing thing that happened to me was on May 30th after
talking to a cute guy with an Australian accent, I pulled a Cameron Diaz and took a
header. As for embarassing things that happen to other people...I always enjoy seeing
someone trying to look cool nail himself in the balls. God that's funny.

I watched a little kid get yelled at
by his father for going to the pool alone. It was a valid reason, but he was livid, and
the poor kid was getting dragged home...

Can't really think of one at the moment.
Sorry to disappoint you.

At a reception for a conference, a woman
from our table got up to get a drink. As she approached the table, a guy from another
table took her chair without asking anyone at our table if the chair was being occupied.
She came up behind him and pulled the chair from out under him and as he began to sit, we
could all see him landing flat on his butt on the floor. Happily the woman stopped him
before he got too far, but he was a bit embarrassed.

erm ... not that embarassing, but earlier
today at work (I work at a supermarket), the man I was serving pointed out a lady who was
wearing very tight trousers, and you could clearly see the fact that the underwear she had
on was *far* too small for her, and looked very uncomfortable. Would have been more
embarrasing if she knew what he was saying about her!

I watched a waistband give and a woman's
skirt slide gently to the floor.

A father in Penn station, verbally
abusing his small son, and then wacking him on the
behind.

My wife would kill me if she knew I was
writing this, but we went on a rafting trip last weekend. She must have eaten something
that didn't agree with her because she started getting sick. Well, she tried to make it to
the out-house but stopped by a tree and vomited... right as the church group bus was
pulling up into the camping spot across the path from ours.

I was at a conference a few years
ago where the seating was arranged in a circle, with the speaker standing in the middle.
The woman sitting next to me was sucking on Hershey's
Creamsavers. All of the sudden she started choking and turning red. Another woman jumped
up and gave her the Heimlich Maneuver. The Creamsaver flew out of the woman's mouth and
into the center of the circle, stopping at the speaker's feet.

Last week I saw an obese woman in a
undersized tee shirt. She didn't seem particularly distressed, but the wobble was
spectacular.

Last week my department met at a retreat
center for 4 days. The first morning we were getting breakfast, there was a man that was
in the breakfast room, but he wasn't part of our group. One of my colleagues, Lisa, asked
who he was and jokingly, Bruce said he was the replacement for Sue who had just resigned
the day before. Poor Lisa believed Bruce and started a whole thing about welcoming him to
the staff. The man had a sense of humor and joined us for breakfast but Lisa was embarrassed.

About a week ago, I was at a casino and I
saw a woman walk out of the bathroom with her skirt tucked into her pantyhose. I had never
seen that before, and I didn't really think it happened. I don't know how you can *NOT*
notice that. After I brought my laughter under control, I walked over to her and let her
know. I would have felt horrible had I not said anything.

A woman lost the heel from one of her shoes
(about an inch and a half heel). She was all decked out and I believe she caught it on
something...she picked it up non-chalantly, kept walking but was looking over her shoulder
the whole time to see if anyone noticed. She looked quite hysterical all dressed up and
hobbling up the road. Same thing happened to me back when I worked in the city...I took my
shoes off but man did that hurt my feet!

I saw this guy wearing a really bad toupee.
I don't think he was embarrassed, though. I was embarrassed for noticing, though.
