Can you be counted on to do what you say you'll do?

Yes. (Unless I forget.)

Reba, 50+

Absolutely, but then again there are always exceptions.

Felicia, 36

Almost always. If I can't follow through, I let the person know as soon as I can. It makes me crazy when people don't keep their commitments.

Laura, 37

Yep, which is why it's so hard to make decisions sometimes.

Karen, 22

Yup!

Tracy, 24

Most of the time, unless I get sick.

I always try to do what I say I will. I think it's important. I have been known to forget, though. If it's something really important, I write myself a note or put it on my calendar.

To the utmost. But the downside is that I rarely make a promise....because I have got to know beyong the shadow of a doubt that I can make good on it.

Fisch, 47

Barring unforeseen circumstances, yes.

Fisch, 47

Definitely - i am an honest person. a promise is a promise.

Always.

It might not get done on time, but if I say it will get done, it gets done.

Nicci, 27

I can honestly say that I am a very reliable person.  The only time I don't do what I say I'll do is if unforeseen circumstances prevent me from following through. I will admit to a few mistakes and forgotten appointments, but for the most part, I'm about as reliable as they come.

Doug2, 29
Overland Park
, KS USA

Yes, but only for other people.

Christopher, 28
San Mateo
, CA   USA

If I make a promise, yes.

Sarah Jane, 15
Preston
, CT   USA

I try not to make any promises I cant keep, so, if I say I'm going to do something, I generally do. Of course, there have been exceptions...sometimes unforeseen situations arise, and promises have to be broken.

Tam

Yes, I don''t say I'll do something unless I mean to.

Jane, 62
West Linn
, OR   USA

More times than not, yes you can.

Ryan, 29
Morton
, IL   USA

I'm working on it but sometimes I still get what's theoretically possible confused with what's physically possible.

Alias Irrelevante

Yep. I am reliable.

Janet, 44
E. Brunswick

Sometimes. Usually. Always when its really important :P

Talia, 25
Stamford
, CT   USA

Yep.

Triana, 29
Austin
, TX   USA

I think so... I don't usually go back on my word, just because I never promise something unless I know that I can live up to that promise.

Jeremy, 14
Highlands Ranch
, CO USA

Yes.

KarenNJ, 25

, NJ   USA

I listen more.

Patty, 19
San Marcos, TX USA

Obviously, since I'm sending my response two months late, I can, but not very soon. i usually need a week's notice if someone wants a favor out of me.
