NYC, NY USA It depends what the inadequacy is. If you have troubles communicating in the spoken or written language, due not to mental illness or genetics, then my tolerance level wanes. If someone just has trouble "catching on," I'm willing to explain or repeat myself or sit down and work things out. It highly depends on the situation, so I'll say .... 7?
