I like the seaside myself--not the
"beach," with heat and lots of people, but the shore of Oregon/Northern
California--white sand, austere rocks rising from the water, water frigid. a very lonely,
somber place--very reflective. that's rpobably the type of natural environment I like
best.

I work at a local university and I am paid
over 65K to help bridge the 'digital divide' or as I like to say empower the community
towards 'digital inclusion'. I also teach at a different local university It would be nice
to be paid more but I love my work and I make more than I did a year ago. I simply wish to make a difference to many

The ocean...I love being on the coast.

I don't know. I'm not really one for the
beach. Maybe more of a wilderness setting, with mountains and streams running by. Anywhere
but the city.

Mountain woods with glacier-created lake
nearby. Think Adirondacks.

I'm not certain exactly what you mean but
here goes: I'm an 'outdoor' kind of person, go on hikes and stuff. My favorite habitat to
walk in is the dark, green forest with a stream nearby and maybe a waterfall or two but to
look for flowers and birds and other interesting things, I prefer a swamp (spring or fall. Never summer.)

When I have access to the comforts
of home I appreciate second or third growth woodland.
Virgin forest exists for trees and is not particularly friendly to other vegetation or to
animals.

The seaside...not the sandy beachy kind of
seaside, the rocky cliffside kinda place.

The ocean. I love the sounds, the smell, the
mist, the power...and there aren't too many bugs!!!

I would definitely say the beach...the
waves, the sand and sun - it is so refreshing and relaxing.

Since I grew up in the foothills of the
Adirondacks, I strongly prefer a setting of hills, water and green trees. Living in
western OPregon gives me this, and makes me much happier than I was in Florida. I could
tolerate the heat there, but the flatness -- the highest point in Broward County is 29'

I prefer a calm cool but warm environment
with planty of trees and grass and birds and butterflies. I would like to be able to run
around barefoot and not be too hot nor too cold.

Rivers with lots of trees hanging over the
water.

The beach.

The NJ shore. Just came back from it. Big
sandy beaches. Water that isn't so cold that you turn blue and not so warm that you don't
feel refreshed.

I love all kinds of nature - fields,
ocean, mountains, hills, etc, etc. I spend a lot of
time outdoors when I can. I would have to say, though, that my favorite natural setting is
the woods. I love the trees, the cool shade, the wildlife, the plant life, etc.

The natural
environment that most appeals to me is the ocean. It is veryrelaxing and you don't have to
worry about anything. The ocean calms my nerves and washes all my troubles away.

My mountains in Colorado.

I like the visual appeal of the mountains.
But I love to be at the shore (that's NJ for beach). I can sit and watch the ocean for
hours. Go for a swim. The constant ebb and flow of the water is relaxing.
