What difference does sex make in a shopping object? Some people are easier to shop for than others. Sex doesn't have anything to do with the number of interesting personality facets that can be catered to.

Usually turns out that my first instincts were good and the person, be

The reason why is because there is much more variety to get for a
female and they also know what they want. A male seems to be very picky

I think if you're a girl it's easier to shop for girls and guy for guys. And I also think it's easy to buy gifts for friends but very hard to buy gifts for someone your really close to (is. spouse)

I think it is easier for a female. Females tend to like more collectible stuff, and basically any kind of stuff. Guys do not seem to care about getting anything but they are not a particular. Of course this is a generalization.

Oh, neither. I'm very good at finding things for my mom & my husband, but not so good at finding things for some other people (like my father). I always end up finding things when I need to (especially now that my brother has created a program for us to handle Christmas & birthday lists online), but it's harder for some people than for others. I don't think it's a matter of sex/gender so much as personality.

Not sure. Some people I know are extremely easy to shop for and others are not. They range from men to women to young and old. If a total stranger were to get a gift, I suppose it would be easier if that person were a woman.

It's easier to shop for females because in addition to buying them practical things, you can buy them "cute" and "pretty" things and be fairly sure they will be appreciated. I can buy the females in my family things like stuffed animals, jewelry, and knick-knacks. I can't do that for the males.
