That the Y2K bug didn't cause worldwide panic and chaos.That the apocalypse didn't happen.
That life went on. People went to work, watched football, and everybody had a cow about Y2K for no reason.
That change on a global / political scale happened that sent us all down a particular path.
Global warming; 9/11, Politics of Image, polarization, the Rise of China.....
That this country faced major challenges -- from 9/11 to crises over the choosing of a president -- without being thrown into complete chaos. That an era of extremism was launched.
