I'm not an expert in the political ins and outs of the European Union, but I'm always curious about the logic of 50,000 Frenchmen.
I don't believe their vote was so much against the EU constitution as a protest about broader political matters. But now that the Dutch people have also said no, I don't believe the Constitution will be ratified.
Huh? Wha? I'm not too bright in foriegn politics...or for that matter American...except when it comes to environmental issues. Politics is my least favorite subject. Bah, I say!
I think I feel so ignorant right now.
