No. Not at all. No use worrying about a ship while it's sinking.
I'm 30 years old. It's not going to be there when I age. I admit I resent having to pay into this pyramid scheme, but that's not likely to change any time soon.
I'm more worried about how I'm and my spouse are going to support ourselves when we have to retire. While we have 401K and IRA plans, I'm not certain we'll have enough to live on.
Yes. Not for myself, but for my daughter's generation.
Yes. I think I'll be all right, but many in my generation didn't save as they should have. Social Security won't be enough to support them. The generations after us are probably looking at a bankrupt system.
I try not to think about it. Ignorance is bliss. LOL
