After all these years I've made connections with a local group that will be dancing around a Maypole this afternoon.
Unfortunately I've got some sort of intestinal bug and will not be able to attend this year.
Next May Day is only 364 days away.
May Day has never been a holiday in my family. I have nothing planned. It's just another day.
I did not know the concept for May Day started with
the communists. Learn something new every day.
Nope. I'm preparing to celebrate the end of the semester this Thursday, though.
No. I have always loved the idea of leaving May baskets but have never actually given or received them.
My son's birthday is May 1'st, so we celebrate him.
