What is your favorite way to exercise?

my aerobics class... We warm up and work out to the music doing cardio. We also do some weight training with hand weights. Finally, we get down on the floor to work abdominals and butts. We finish with stretchs.

Lately I've been jogging and using weight machines. By 'lately' I mean 'a
couple weeks ago for like a month or so.'

I don't like regimented "exercise." I prefer hard physical work to a gym, and living on a farm, I get plenty of it. I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and sailing (which CAN be physical, depending on conditions!)

Walking in interesting places.

Light gardening.

Inserting stretching and strengthening exercises into flabby spots of my daily routine.

Swimming. When I go past a third of a mile, I go into a wonderful meditative state, so the swimming is good for both mind and body.
