If I were doing something "with" a friend, I assume we'd make our plans together.
With the weather getting nicer, our plans would probably lean toward kayaking or taking a nice hike or bike ride.
My plans with friends most often involve dinner or short trips.
I'd plan a trip to Cedar Point.
