I'll be serving corned beef (the new, improved, lower fat, lower salt corned beef) and a bit of cabbage.
If the ground were thawed I'd think about planting a token potato or two, although the climate in Ireland is more benign than the climate in the Poconos.
I bought a corned beef and I have some potatoes in the house. That will probably be the extent of it. I'm not Irish and I don't really care. My husband is Irish and could care less.
