Nope. I havent "celebrated" Saint Pattie's Day since I was a college student and would go out to the pubs and drink green beer. Argh! The idea of green beer now gives me the heebie jeebies!

I'll be at a bar watching a show but I'd be there anyway.
I'll be serving corned beef (the new, improved, lower fat, lower salt corned beef) and a bit of cabbage.
If the ground were thawed I'd think about planting a token potato or two, although the climate in Ireland is more benign than the climate in the Poconos.
I bought a corned beef and I have some potatoes in the house. That will probably be the extent of it. I'm not Irish and I don't really care. My husband is Irish and could care less.

No, there aren't any special celebrations around here.
Yes. We'll be going to the local parade. We'll watch the Irish dancers perform afterward. We're having Corned Beef and Cabbage for dinner.
