It depends on the context. In the case of a person in a persistent vegetative state, yes. In the case of someone for whom it is a temporary measure for the treatment of a disease, no.

No, they use it for coma victims.
In and of itself, I'd say no.
Only if the person receiving the tube wants to live that way.
Feeding tubes can help struggling patients recover--when recovery is possible.When recovery is not possible, a feeding tube is an intrusion.
