By just getting out and getting active. I get the sailboat out, clean her up...clean up the lawn...take long walks...And oh yeah - visit the greenhouse! I add lots of new plants and flowers to my yard every Spring.

I get out and enjoy the good weather.
Longer lunch breaks.
I celebrate quietly with enormous satisfaction that I've weathered another winter.
I went out to work on the yard and put fetilizer down for my flowers.
I eat a Cadbury cream egg. Then I buy a package of Peeps, open them up and let them get stale.
I go on long walks in the sunshine, especially since I've been trapped inside by too many snowy wet cold days.
I look for crocuses in my front yard (I suspect the moles may have eaten all my bulbs).
