Yes. I have a light box which reduces my S.A.D. symptoms, but I'm not able to accomplish much after the sun goes down. November, December and January are the dark months of psychic hibernation.
Not really, but I do get rather tired of going to and returning from work in the dark. I try to remember it is the trade off for wonderfully long summer days.

The shortened days don't effect me emotionally, but they do mess with my sleep cycle.

Um, no.
Yes, I'm mildly annoyed when it is dark when I leave home and when I leave work. I much prefer summer.
