I have no idea. What is classified as a civic organization? Sounds like a vague term to me.
I belong to several local historical societies and conservation groups.
I'm a member of the local Non Profit Alliance, but I haven't been to many meetings lately because of scheduling conflicts.
I'm a member of the AAUW, which works to promote educational opportunities and equality for women and girls. Also of some historic preservation groups.
I don't really no what you mean, so.. presumably no.
