Depends on the kind of strange. I'm strange. Then there's the custodian at work who mumbles about the weather and about scorpions in Arizona while he sweeps. And--I don't know; I've known a lot of strange people.
I know a lot of fairly non-traditional individuals and have known hundreds more. I think I'd be bored beyond living if I only knew one interesting person.
I had a math professor in college who was unkempt, muttered to himself and pulled at his fingers. I dropped his class after two classes with him. He was scary.
Everyone's strange. There's no such thing as a normal person. And it all depends on how you define strange. Probably the strangest person I've ever met, in my opinion, is my mother. I completely fail to understand her sometimes...

I'd find it easier to list the people who have no strangeness.
Most people are strange to some degree. Which one is the strangest would probably depend on my mood on a given day.

Well, let me put it like this...the strangest person I know, calls me strange...so, that says it all.
