My eyelids. *yawn*
Darkness.

Not a lot. In fact, mostly blackness. But if I'm feeling imaginative, I can see anything I want...
Depends. Like, that is one of the advantages/disadvantages of having a mind that will not shut the ... up. I have all kinds of images go through my head. Lots of times, I have visions of things I am writing...imagining how something I am writing will turn out.
Other times, I might see a dream that totally freaked me out. Honestly, it depends on what I am thinking about at the time...and that's the 411.
