Ha, I think I'm past that point. I mean, I feel very cool with my awesome little computer & wireless connection, but my computer's already not the newest model in the world.

Hip? Cutting edge? Are you kidding? I've never been hip.
New clothes. My digital camera. And then there are all the things that I would love, and I'm sure would make me very hip. Except, of coure, I don't have them...
Well, using hip hop slang...but I do that because it makes me sound the complete opposite of hep...Like, when I e-mail my brother, I"m like, yo dawg, what's the 411? Word up G...Having a white guy talk jive, I think that's funny....
