Typically I don't deal with stress. I just keep going with the knot of anxiety in my stomach. When it interferes with my sleep, I get up and read or I do housework. Then I make sure that I eat well and exercise that day.
I don't deal very well with stress. I usually end up drinking more coffee, which only makes my nerves more on edge, and doesn't help at all... If I'm stressed about deadlines I usually procrastinate further and do the work all in one go in the early hours of the morning, when noone else is awake to remind me how much I have to be stressed about... Crying's good though, if I'm REALLY stressed. And talking to my friends - usually the best remedy for putting things into perspective.
