Co-pays for doctor visits and an occasional splurge on a cleaning woman.
Doctors. Nurses. Um. . .food service individuals. Veterinarians. I can't think who else I pay directly for anything.
Doctors, dentists, tree trimmers, furnace repair people, A/C repair people, gas appliance installers, sprinkler system repair people. If I think I can do it myself, I read the instructions, see if I have the tools, estimate the effort, and often hire the professional anyway.

I pay lots of professionals: health care professionals, veterinarians, mechanics of all types
Health care professionals, lawyers, accountants. Personal service providers, if you consider them professionals (hair stylists, cleaners,etc.)
My parents pay for my university lecturers, and our cleaning lady, gardener, plumbers, electricians etc. I suppose I pay for the hairdresser etc.
