Personal integrity.
The one cause? Myself, I suppose, and everything to do with me. I'm made up of many causes: making sure all is well with my loved ones, saving what's left of the natural world, getting gay people the right to marriage, encouraging doctors to be more responsible/thorough in their work, etc.
Affordable housing. Don't get me started. I might rant.
Lots of things, but I don't want to mention what I'm most passionate about - it's best not to get me started because I really do feel strongly about some things and am likely to rant for ages. (e.g. I'm seriously anti: socialism(the Labour Party), communism, the ban on foxhunting, the ridiculously high inheritance tax in Britain, the Green Party and much else besides...... But I don't want to offend anyone, so I won't say anything else.)
