Mostly self hateful ones
I'm learning to shut off pointless mental rehashings of wrongs that have been inflicted upon me.
I don't think there are any at the moment. Not that there never have been.
No obsessive thoughts right now. Unless it's the thoughts of chocolate layer cake.
I don't have many obsessive thoughts. Occasionally I have programming puzzles haunting me.
