Lately i have no food in the house so i have to shop every night for food for dinner :P
There are two competing supermarkets in the area and I visit them both on a weekly basis to take advantage of the Senior Citizen Discounts and the loss leaders.
Pretty much whenever we run out of milk. So every few days.
Once or twice a week. If I were better at putting things on my list when they start running low, it would only be once a week.
