Herbs and spices are specialized condiments. Picking a single favorite would be discarding all the others.
Not really. The stuff our Valentino's puts on formagio (SP?) pizza tastes like a Colorado breeze, though.
I think I like cinnamon best. My kids claim that it's a girl thing - that the boys they know can take it or leave it, but their girlfriends all like cinnamon, too.

Lots of them. At the moment, I am partial to rosemary and cinnamon (not together) but next week I may well have a different favorite.
ROSEMARY!!!!!!!!!! I love the way it smells and tastes!
Probably oregano.
