As an English major and former English teacher I eschew any category that could be described as "most unique".
I can make monkey-lips. I don't know that that's unique, but it requires significant lower lip strength. My mom tells me it's very attractive.
Ruining everything
I can tuck my thumbs behind my knuckles and bend only the first joint of my fingers.
I am not qualified to answer this question.
Unique skill? My sister Janet and I can make the worm lip. Actually, I can do the worm lip on both sides of my mouth. I can't explain it. You have to see it.
