Hah, i thought that said oldest. I dont think i own anything particularly odd. I have a cape with a lizard-skin pattern on it, some might consider that odd :P
Hands down, the one object that puzzles people the most is the Christmas skull. It's cherished artifact from my husband's childhood. It's a ceramic skull, pretty close to life size, but the top of the skull lifts off. My mother-in-law used to put candy in it under the Christmas tree. Or something like that. I never understood. Now that we have the Christmas skull, it remains on our coffee table all year long without any candy in it.

My fine mind.
The oddest? I have absolutely no idea.

There is a mysterious little electric motor sitting in my garage. It's oddity is mostly in my lack of knowledge of its purpose.
