Which part of the War on Terror?

The "liberation" of Iraq has cost American lives, taxpayer money, national respect and national dignity. Now we're riding a tiger and cannot dismount.

Few wars are "worth it." This one was ill-conceived and hastily implemented.

No. Men and women (American, European, and Iraqis) are dying needlessly. Our civil liberties are disappearing before our eyes. The deficit is enormous, which means that federal spending on domestic programs (health care, support for the poor, schools) is being cut to the bone.

All we can say is that we have Saddam Hussein. And he wasn't terrorizing anyone but his own civilians.
