Natch. Why else would I be beating me head against the wall until it is raw and bloody, if I was not underemployed. Hey, it pays money, I will say that for this job, but that is all I will say. The one thing I hate more than filing is having nothing to do, and there has been too much of both over the past few years. I lose what is left of my mind, when there is no work, I am bouncing off the ceiling. I hate that more than you can imagine.
Underemployed = not enough to do? not enough hours? a job that's not up to my qualifications? No to the first, and yes to the second two. I never run out of things to do at home or at work. I do not work enough hours to make as much money as I would like, and my degree sits unnoticed while I enter data. But I have a job, and I usually have an office to myself, and I'm treated better than I have been at previous jobs, so I feel spoiled.
No. I'm currently employed less than full time, but that is by choice. The job involved learning a new programming skill, is challenging, and involves working with some interesting people.

Sometimes I'm underemployed. Sometimes I'm swamped. Life is like that.

Definitely not. I get paid well. My work is challenging. Sometimes there's too much of it.

No! Over, at the moment!
I'm pretty challenged, paid well and do work that has impact. I could use a few new projects or activities to stretch myself.
