Im sure ive accidentally consumed many bugs.
Not as far as I am aware. At least I hope not, and don't really intend to!
I suppose when I picked clover and ate it immediately afterward it might not have had time to die yet.

Not on purpose. I suppose I've swallowed my share of flies and bugs flitting about.
