Which would you rather explore: beneath the ocean or outer space?

Send me to the skies.

neither really

I would say the ocean because I am drawn to water. However, the depths of the ocean are just as dangerous and mysterious as the depths of outer space. I think I'll stay on land and wish on a star and let the waves lick my feet.

The ocean, I guess.

Karen, 23
Ames, IA USA

If beneath the ocean would mean going below the earth's crust, I'll take outer space. Otherwise, I'd like to do both.

Jane, 63

Ocean. Less downtime on the travel.

Alias Irrelevante

I'd much rather explore beneath the ocean. I was absolutely transfixed by Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. There are so many interesting things down there that I've never even
heard of. It's almost like another world.

Reba, 57

I think outer space...I'd love to see another life form!

Tracy, 24

I'd probably opt for undersea exploration. From what I've read of the universe there is much more empty space out there than matter and empty space would grow repetitive.

I'd rather explore outer space. I've always been a fan of science fiction, and most of the interesting ideas have been about outer space rather than inner space.

Cathie, 53

Ocean. Not sure why.

Cristin, 25

Beneath the ocean, it seems far more interesting.

Outer space

Merve, 15

The ocean.

Well, I would rather someone else explore either! As for me personally, as much as I love the ocean and maintain a high respect for it, I don't want to be underwater ~ so I'll have to say outer
space.

Fisch, 47
Preston, CT USA

Oh, definitely beneath the ocean! I've ALWAYS dreamed of living in a giant bubble house in the sea where I could watch all the ocean life swim by. I saw a movie when I was a child (if anyone
remembers the title of this movie, please, please, please let me know) about this family that lived in a bubble house under the sea. They had a pet seal that thought the washing machine was a TV...a very young Richard Dreyfuss played a teenage musician... But anyhow, yeah...definately the ocean. Fisch...you are so lucky! You work in a sort of "bubble house!"

Tam

Space definitely. Don't think my body could handle the pressure of either environment though.
