I have to believe in my heart of hearts that they will rethink height and go with a number of buildings perhaps 40-50 stories tall. I think a memorial on the site would be a nice idea - but if that is not possible than something smaller and less targetable. People are going to want a building that they can get out of incase of an emergency, and not be such a high profile target. Sept 11th spooked quite a few people. I think a memorial/solitude garden with everyone who died listed/honored in a new lower building on the site might work. Janet, 44
