How often do you fly?

I don't fly often. I would like to fly more. I am 55 and never flew till the early 90's, always said I would never fly. But once I started I loved it. I want to fly every where I go. But my husband likes to drive the country and sight asee. Though all we do then is drive and drive through country and over hills and mountains. I just love flying and looking out at the sky and clouds. It is gorgrous up there.

I usually go on holiday abroad with my family about twice a year. I don't really like flying, although once we went to the Philippine Islands and we were upgraded to Club Class. That was one of the best parts of the holiday.  Fickle, aren't I.

Let's see... not that often anymore... I used to when I heard or saw something really good (like this girl at school who I like, and I thought she liked me, but is really putting on a false image) but, like a lot of things, it usually turns out to be a lie... lol...

If you are referring to flying on an airplane- I don't fly very often at all. Maybe 1 time a year- sometimes less. No particular reson really, just don't go anywhere out of the state except for vacation.

I fly a lot. We like to travel!!Since my husband flies 2 or 3 times a week, we have lots of frequent flier miles. We flew to New York City for the weekend a couple of weeks ago. It was very fun.

I've flow once, and it was experience. On the way back, the flight was delayed 4 + hours, from 8 PM to post midnight, and I didn't eat anything all day because I was terrified of meeting the reaper before I am ready.

I fly very rarely these days. Nevertheless, Halloween is coming and I have a well-seasoned broom.

On an airplane? about 2 or 3 times per year.
On my broom? about 2 to 3 times per week.
On joie de vivre? about 2 to 3 times per day.

Everyday as my metrorail train takes me towards the Stadium/Armory station, it looks like we're flying over highways and parking lots. Pretty amazing, even though we're just up on a high bridge-like overpass. As for airplane flying, very rarely. I've flown once to Georgia and another time to Oregon. That's it.

I'll be boring and answer this question as if it only applied to airplanes. Uh, more frequently all the time. I flew when I was a baby, when I was probably 10 in my uncle's plane, when I was 17, and when I was 20. So it's happening more frequently.

Maybe once a year, when I go on vacation. I *hate* flying passionately. It terrifies me. I still don't know how I survived the flight to London on my own... yeesh.

It just matters what's going on. If someone dies I usually fly to Alabama where my family is, Or if I'm going on a vacation I fly there. The last time I flew was this last summer that just past by I went to Europe.

Savannah

once or twice a year

Never. Although I exercise regularly, my arms and shoulders just aren't strong enough. That was a joke. Ha, ha. Seriously, I LOVE to fly! Unfortunately, we don't know anyone outside of this area and even if he did, we don't have money for airline tickets. (How much do we get paid for contributing to this website?)

Not often at all - maybe once every few years, because I can't afford to fly more frequently. Most of my travel is between Washington DC and New York City, so I usually take the train.

etoile, 19

Outside of one round-trip to DC four years ago never. I don't have anything against it, just don't travel much.

Whenever I go somewhere that can't be reached in enough time by car. I haven't flown since I went to Chicago in April, though. I like it,  though... airports are a lot of fun :)
