Is your life a sitcom or a soap opera?

Totally, sitcom.

A little of both.

Fisch, 47
Preston, CT USA

Neither. It's real.

Judy, 62
Easton, KS USA

It is a sitcom.

Ryan, 29
Riedlingen GERMANY

My life is an inspiration for drama, not a reflection of popular culture.

Jill, 61
Saylorsburg, PA USA

Definely a sitcom. Not a day goes by that I don't have a good laugh.

Laura, 38
Lowell, MA USA

No. But if those were my two choices, I'd pick sitcom. Despite my neverending email thread with my friend Amy, which is entitled "Re: the soap opera continues. . ."

Karen, 24
Ames, IA USA

A soap opera - one of the less interesting ones, probably.

Aly, 17

It's a sitcom. There aren't any great lovers or fantastically wicked people in it. Most of the people
I know are good people with good senses of humor. Most of my days have a happy ending, thank God.

Cathie, 53
Novi, MI USA

I think more of a sitcom than a soap opera. Every now and then drama slips in, but most of the time we just keep chugging along.

Cindy, 41
VA USA

Right now it's a sitcom, probably has been for most of the time, but there have been interludes where my life made a soap opera look dull.

Jane, 63

That is a good question! Actually it is a bit of both, depending on the day. Sometimes drama seems to dominate life, thus making it seem like a soap opera. But other times the strangest things can happen and/or absurd situations seem to all come together at once, which could only happen in a sitcom. I kind of think it's best to have some of each, too much either way wouldn't keep life that interesting.

Sitcom, definitely sitcom, in the tradition of Bakersfield PD (ttp://jumptheshark.com/b/bakersfieldpd.htm ).

Alias Irrelevante

Kinda a soap opera that's funny. Lot's of drama but not of it too important and most of it ridiculous. Think Soap.

Felicia, 37
Lowell, MA USA

A stupid soap opera.

Keri-Jade, 23
Brampton, Ontario CANADA

kind of both, it has funny moments and dramatic moments

Melodi, 19
Gahanna, OH USA

a bit of both. Some days it is a sitcom and other days it is a soap opera. That's what keeps life interesting.

i think my life is more of a sitcom because there are just too many funny things going on. even if there is drama there is still humor in it. besides i crack myself up. thats enough for me.

my bestfriend and i are always talking about how we should have our own show. we are complete dorks but its true. i could see my life on tv. i would actually watch it.

my life is personally kind of boring but the people with issues around me make up for it. i live drama free by choice because i need the extra strength to help out the drama queens around me.

call the show miss fix-it or something like that. i kind of like the title common sense. that will be whats lacking from most of the people on the show except for me. i know i sound a little conceited but i make it a point to exercise my common sense as much as a i can which is how i live drama free. i guess now that i think about it i could have a soap opera. drama is
drama even if its not mine. but there arent any twisted triangles except for my brothers and their girls on the side and their female bestfriends (aka future wives).
