What
was you last nightmare?I can't really remember. But I can tell you that my job is
so monotonous that I always dream about it after I get off shift. That sucks, doesn't it?

I've learned to avoid nightmares. I'm very
picky about what I read/see/talkabout before bedtime. When my dreams turn dire, I simply
decide "Enough" and either change the plot line or wake up.

I remember many of my dreams and work out
problems through them. If I have a problem, I will dream about it. If the problem isn't
resolved, I continue to dream about it until it is. The more the problem is bothering me,
the more disturbing the dreams become. Now... having said all that... Last week I was
exhausted from travelling so much for work and desparately needed sleep. Every night I
dreamt about tires (get it... tires/being "tired") but I wasn't able to catch up
with my sleep because I'd get home late but have to be awake early... Meanwhile, the
"tire dreams" were going from silly to violent. Fortunately, since last weekend
was a long holiday weekened, I was able to catch up on my sleep and the "tire"
nightmares stopped.

Had something to do with a professor
chewing me out in class for something I didn't do. It
was a combined manifestation of an outburst one of my profs had earlier in the semester,
the way my teacher treated me in first grade, and stress over school.

I know I've had a few lately but I'm not
very good at remembering them.

Dreamt that it i was two weeks late for my
period and had to get up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache. I went into the
bathroom and just starting expelling blood and chunky fleshy stuff in massive amounts. I
woke up crying.

Well it's been a long time since
I've dreamed something that disturbed me. However two nights ago I had a dream where the hotel room I was staying at (I was at a conference) was burning. I
wasn't in the builiding but I could see the smoke from across the compound and I remember
thinking all of my stuff is in the building. At the same time I had just come across two
starved, dehydrated and near dead kittens in the attic of the house my family use to live
in. It was disturbing because they were mine and I had forgotten about them and it was my
fault they were in such bad shape. Next think I know my dog Milo is chomping on one of
them in the dining room (I guess I had put the kittens on chairs as I was giving them
water). I had to dislodge the kitten's head from his mouth only find out that he had
grabbed on to the other. Neither kitten seemed to have been affected by being a potential
dog snatch. The sound of him chomping on them was horrible. That's all I remember. Not
terrifying, but a bit disturbing.

My last nightmare was a many years ago when
I was a teenager. It was about me and my sister being chased throughout our house by a
gorilla.

Haha...this one occurred on the
night before Thanksgiving. A friend came to visit and she had two young boys with her who
were strangers to me and totally out of control -
running all over and such. She and I were talking in my living room and suddenly the
lights went dim for a minute. Turned out these brats she had with her had decided to play
around with my microwave oven and put aluminum foil in it. They broke it and almost burned
it up. In my dream, it was ALSO the night before Thanksgiving...when I'd need the
microwave for sure to reheat things for my big dinner the next day. Friend and I got into
a huge argument and she kept sticking up for these kids. It was a pretty crappy dream.

My last nightmare was about my husband. I
dreamed I was at his funeral. It was so realistic that when I woke up, for a split second,
I thought I was really in bed alone and this awful sense of dread and darkness came over
me, but soon I felt his body heat against my back. I woke up and cried and cried. It was a
terrible dream. One of my worst ones yet.

I was in a plane that was about to crash
into a building. Then it did, and we all died and wound up in heaven. Yeah it was a
nightmare because crashing into that building was extremely scary :P its obvious what
caused the nightmare.

My last nightmare....hmmmm. I don't
remember my dreams too often. The last one I remember
was from a few weeks ago. I don't recall what exactly was happening, I know I was in some
old creepy house. I remember running a lot and one part I was drowning some guy in a
bathtub. I know this was a pretty bad dream because I woke up. That's when I know I have
bad dreams. I remember having a lucid dream once, probably five years ago. I was at a club
or something and my mother came to drag me home. Well, on the way out, someone shot her.
Then we flashed to the hallway at my house, just outside of my bedroom. My mother was
laying there, bleeding all over the place. I remember thinking it was just a dream and I
shook myself until I woke up.That was the strangest feeling I have ever had, consciously
knowing I am dreaming and choosing to wake myself. That is the only time that has ever
happened to me.

I can't entirely remember... probably the
dream where my ex-boyfriend (whom I was dating at the time) was killed by his stepmother
and wrapped tightly in cheesecloth and hung by his toenails in a tree in my backyard. That
was about a month ago, a week or so before we broke up. Last night I dreamed I was
pregnant with Bruce Springsteen's child and no one believed me; that had something of a
nightmarish feel too... the child was there, in the womb, but it wasn't growing at all. I
was 6 months pregnant and it was not showing at all. so no one believed I was pregnant at
all, much less who the father was.

Fortunately, I can't remember my last
nightmare. I don't remember the details of my dreams, true, but I do usually remember if
they were good or bad. And I don't remember any bad ones.

Actually, I had my first death dream last
week. I was in a building and it fell to the ground. I guess the events have taken their
place in my subconscious.

If I have any I do. Everyone says: S/he'll
just spend it on alcohol or drugs. First of all, that's not always true. Second of all,
that's their own damn business. If vodka makes her happy for the night, then let her have
some vodka. If I had to live on the streets, I'd probably want some vodka, too.

something about women being dogs but
believing they were cats....they were surrounding me. ..trying to draw me in with their
wiles, but I could see their big snarling dog teeth under the cat fur if I didn't comply
with pleasuring them.. . .(it might sound perverse and/or erotic, but honestly,it was
really just terrifying to me. ..)
