You're
transported back into the Ancient Roman era, would you be watching the Gladiator fights,
trying to free the lions, or congratulating yourself on scoring such good seats to the
competition? What a dumba..question...whoever asked this question must be a complete
idiot...of course, I can say this because I asked the question. Having said that, I would
try to free the lions...of course, who knows until that situation comes up. Btw, I got
this question from a test on the computer...although I will take the heat for asking this
question...what a idiot...
Frodo

I'd be working towards a revolution that
would over throw the Cesar. However, if limited to the choices given I'd free the lions
(of course leading them to the Cesar's box seats).

If I were still me I'd be outside the
Coliseum. I have a great dislike of crowds.

Hey Frodo, nice question! Very unique and
imaginative. :) If I had to choose from those, I'd probably be trying to free the lions.
If I could do anything I wanted in the Ancient Roman Era, though, I'd probably be sneaking
off to visit Sappho! ;)

None of the above. I would be ignoring the
Gladiator fights and going about my normal business, just as I do with any spectator sport
in real life.

dumb question
Patty
My husband would be telling everyone
how he scored these awesome seats while I was off trying to free the lions!
Tracy, 24

Freeing the lions!
Karen, 22

Since seating was based on your cast, I
don't think anyone thought about it like that. I'd probably be there, just like everybody
else. You can't really apply a modern personality to such a different situation.

I would either be triyng to free the lions,
help the gladiators, or trying to fight a lion I had just freed. Lets face it- The roman
empire is not a good place for me. Beides, Togas look itchy.
Derya
Having to make decisions like this are why I
threw away that damn time machine. I'd watch the other time travellers try to free the
gladiators, then I'd hit the 50's for a burger and shake on the way home.
Alias Irrelevante
I would probably settle back and
watch the fight. as barbaric as that would be, 1) reality would not have sunken in and I
would not have the lucidity of mind to make a choice to
do otherwise and 2) cruel and destructive or not, I'm afraid I would find it entertaining.

I know I'd be patting myself on the back for
getting the good seats. I pride myself on my networking skills.
Laura, 36

If any of the Gladiators looked like Russell
Crowe, I'd be trying to hook up with one of them...
Jennifer, 19
Wilkes-Barre, PA USA
I'd probably be going "aaaaah, get me
out of here!" :P
Talia, 24

Congradulating myself on the great seats! If
it was back in those days it would be common to watch something like that so I probably
wouldn't see anything wrong with it.

Instead I'd probably be off
frolicing in the fountians with some young strapping
gladiator.
Jaden, 21
Brampton, Ontario CANADA
Hmm...I'd probably be lugging a big urn back
from the river in preparation to wash some togas (just finished doing laundry here). Cute
question Frodo! I think I'd be watching the gladiators...wishing I coulda been one of 'em.
Fisch, 46

If I felt the way I do now but lived then, I
would undoubtedly be trying to free the lions. Most likely though, I'd just ignore the
whole thing.
Reba, 50+
Silver Spring, MD USA
None of the above...I would be hanging out
down at the bath house helping the ladies stay clean.
Aaron, 22

watching the gladiator fights. i think
they're pretty interesting, and hey i guess it was the only entertainment back then.
Karen2, 15

I'm thinkin' I am
getting good seats. I don't think I would be heroic and free the lions
Stephanie, 25

Free the Lions!
Melodi, 19

i'd be training the lions to eat the
spectators.
Maggie, 22

Congratulating myself on scoring good seats.
Wouldn't be getting too close to the lions.
Celeste, 30
Colorado Springs, CO USA
Neither. I'd be sitting in the seats,
covering my eyes. I'm not much for watching gore.
