What is your favorite time of day?

Around 8:30pm, when my husband gets home from work.

It's hard to choose between early morning and early evening. I find them both quiet times of day and enjoy watching the sun rise while enjoying my morning tea or watching the sunset while sipping a glass of wine.

Generally, evenings. Just after dinner - a time to really unwind and kick back a bit. But on my days off from work, I love mornings - lounging around and feeling like there's not a care in the world.

Early morning, before anyone else around me is awake.

Late at night, like 11, 12, 1 o'clock. There's just something I like about being in the dark. I guess it's just really quiet and I can think about stuff on a deeper level than I can during the day.

I guess my favorite time is when I'm sitting in my arm chair, cup of tea by my side, a dog in my lap and my husband sharing witty conversation with me. And that happens at any time of the day.

In winter, the early morning--particularly when the early morning is sunny. In summer, twilight--whether at dawn or dusk.

I love transition times. Early morning when the sun in rising and you have time to sit and drink coffee. Dusk as the sun is setting and you can sit outside an enjoy a warm breeze (of course winter is a whole other story).

I like the feeling of moving from one thing to another of making a change. Of ending and starting.

On Decemeber 14, 2000, something will happen that would change my life forever. This date is importnat to me because this is my wedding date. I am twenty-five years old and getting married to a man who i have loved since high school. We went to the same privste school where we met and fell in love. We dated our senior year, ended up going to colleges only a few miles apart, and dated throughout college, too. My future husband, Dan, and I choose this date for two reasns. The first it is the date we met, a cold snowy evening by the hockey rink that will be in our hearts and memories forever. Also this date is the third year anniversary of a teacher's death that we both loved. Mr. Fisher was a dear friend of ours and we wed on this date to remember him always. Wish us the best of luck with our future together, won't you?

Nighttime, like around 9pm. I always seem to have a ton of energy and since I'm so wound up, its really hard to go to bed.

The morning on a weekend because I am catching up on much needed sleep and 4-6pm at work...after everyone's left and I have peace and quiet to do some work and reflect on the day.

I don't really have one, but my friend Kristin always loved "The Golden Afternoon!" It's around 4:00pm when the sun's angle leaves things looking slightly luminescent and golden. Look for it yourself!!! I swear it's there!

Very very late at night... between like one and four a.m. is the best. Not that I see that time much any more unless I am feeding my son a bottle or trying to get him back to sleep.

What is my favorite time of day? That's hard to say.  Well, if I'm working on this day, which I am, then I would have to say, when I get off work. Which will be around 4:00pm. That will be my favorite part of this day. If i'm off, my favorite time of the day is when I wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning and realize I don't have to work today. Then I decide if I want to get up early or sleep till almost noon. Or, when the sun sets, and I get to see it. All of it. Or at least the really colorful part. My favorite part of the day if I'm working a second shift, is when I get off work, go lay down and smoke 2 or 3 bowls, eat something, then fall asleep. That's really nice. And another fav part of the day is when I get to my apartment, open the door and my cat Sylvie is laying on the bed and she smiles at me, then I say "Hi Sylvie!!" in a really high pitched excited but smooth voice and she opens her mouth real big and says "meoooow!" and stretches. I love that. So, actually, it all boils down to getting off work, coming home to a smiling Sylvie, watching the sun set, and getting stoned before I go to bed.

I'm a "morning" person and my favorite time of the day has always been early morning. During the summer I like to take early morning walks and watch the world wake up. In the winter I just like the solitude and peacefulness.
