What level of sun block do you use?
I use SPF 15. I know I should use something stronger, but I used to skip sun block entirely.
SPF 50. After one bout of skin cancer, I don't take chances.
45 when I remember but I usually start the season off with a good burn.
As strong as I can get hold of. I tend to avoid being in the sun though - I burn and get sunstroke easily, so if I am outside when it's hot and sunny I am armed with a parasol and sunglasses.
Except for 20 minutes of unfiltered daylight every day for the Vitamin D, I stay out of the sun.
I don't use it much.
30 or higher
About a 15. Anything over that and I break out. It's better to just reapply the lotion.
