At the end of the day, your prevailing emotion tends to be what?

I'd say for the most part my prevailing emotion would have to be happiness... contentment... calm. It's nice to enjoy your life and love the one you are with.

Contentment. I used to lie in bed at night and ruminate about things, but now - since I have gotten married - I normally go to sleep feeling secure, comfortable, content. Unless, of course, my
husband is being a butthead... Having someone to share everything with shifts the load. Nice question.

Cindy, 41

Serenity. If I'm not serene, I can't fall asleep.

Jill, 61

I'm usually pretty relaxed at the end of the day.

Some days I am tired and stressed and can't wait to sit, chill and then go to sleep. If the day went well, I feel invigorated and fulfilled.
