What one thing do you absolutely have to have when travelling?

Music.

The one thing I have to have while traveling are these candies called Momentos, they come in fruit flavor and are delicious so I make sure I have them while in the car.

Control. I'll never understand how cruises are a good thing because "everything's done for you." I'd be banging on the captain's door, "TURN LEFT, THERE'S A WHALE!"

Alias Irrelevante

A chance to meet people.

other than the necesseties like toiletries and the such, I'm not too picky about what I bring along with me.

Tough one, as there are so many things... underwear, toothbrush, etc. But I think I will go with my passport. Without it, I think I'd be sitting in a jail or some airport lounge.

I often have Whatchamacallits for breakfast when I'm traveling. But what do I have to do? Have space, I guess. I get really spastic and claustrophobic if I feel crowded. Like, riding in the back of a Sunfire to Chicago was NOT good for me.

My prescription meds for blood pressure and plenty of over the counter antacids and Motrin. I don't always eat well while traveling. This can wreak havoc on the digestive system and bring on a headache mighty quickly.

toothbrush

Stomach pills. I have a crazy stomach that seems to get every more volatile while traveling. My pills are purple and they cost a whole bunch but they work really good.

Keri-Jade, 21

A book. Maybe two.

Cash or access to it (ATM or Credit Card). And one form of photo ID (preferably a passport).  With these I can get anything else I need. A pair of comfortable shoes to walk in helps too.

Lip balm. I hate chapped lips. (I was surprised when I read the book "Alive!" that lip balm was one of the things they missed most.)

My Handspring Visor (it's like a PalmPilot). I can read e-books, play games, read and respond to email, keep a journal of my travels, and keep track of my schedules on it.

I love technology!

Depends on how I'm travelling. If I'm going by car, I have to have my CD collection. If its by plane, a walkman. I can't stand silence. It freaks me out.
