What
do you think about VP Dick Cheney dropping the F-bomb?
Not much. I don't use the word myself but his use of it wasn't newsworthy.

What?
Tam
I've not heard
about it - I guess it's something our media haven't deemed important enough
to tell us about it!

Cheney dropped
the F-Bomb? Really? I hadn't heard that. Well, if he was upset about something
and it just came out, so what? I mean, most everyone cusses at some points
in their lives (some
more than others). He should probably be more careful, but hey, f**king
s**t happens!

I guess curses
slip from everyone's lips at some point. The unfortunate thing is that
rather use it in an informal conversation, Cheney cursed in Senate chambers.
I'm no fan of the Bush
administration, but the media created too much buzz about this.

okay so i
am definitely out of the loop on that but a lot of people curse and its
not going to change. there are times though when people should try to
use as much restraint as possible. like if you are national television,
talking to children, or talking to your parents or elders.
its just a respect thing. its more than that when children are involved.
he did it and it shouldnt happen again. some people require apologies
but i dont like apologies that are not meant. they are needless. if he
truly is remoreful then apologize, if not then he just
try not to let it happen again.

I could scarcely
care less.

Funny
as fug that it happened the same day they decided to piss all over the
first amendment again.

Not
much. There are more important issues up for discussion.

The
Democrats call him "pressured". The Republican's like the word,
"gutsy". I think his language was another unfortunate, arrogant
error of judgement.

Fuck
is just a word. I hate Cheney but I don't hate him for using "the
F-word". People get so worked up over one little word.

What
bothered me was the fact that he did not apologize for using such language,
rather, he said he was glad he said it. He could have said he was angry,
however, he regretted using such language. I think the only way to settle
things is to put the leading Republicans and Democrats in a Barbed Wire/last
man standing match...that would make me smile.
