I will be tidying
my house! My brother is coming home from university soon, so I have to
move all our posetions which have overflowed into his room while he's
been away back into our room. To do that I have to clear our room enough
to fit all the other bits back in!
We will probably go to a bar-be-que too, and probably visit my partner's
parents, and be fed a yummy big sunday dinner :)

Friday I'm going to a concert in the park. Saturday I'm taking my snowblower for a tuneup and my van for an oil change. I'll mow the lawn, weather permitting. Sunday I'm going to a farewell party for my church's pastor, visiting my father-in-law, and taking flowers to my husband's grave.

So far, I've attended a funeral for a guinea pig and had my grandchildren sleeping over. When I've recovered from those experiences, I hope to have a lazy weekend. I need to do a little shopping, will go to church and will spend time with family. Beyond that I have no major plans.

On Saturday, I am 'babysitting' our cockatiel. Sunshine has been very sick and has been in the hospital for the past two days. The vet let her come home because she is stable, alert, and eating well. However, Bill and I have to give her medicine twice a day and watch her carefully during the day. On Sunday I am going to a friend's church with her. It is an African Pentecostal church and though I have a hard time understanding what they are saying sometimes, I enjoy the spirit that is there.

Again it was another rainy weekend. We have had over 8 inches of rain in just June alone. Friday night went out to dinner with my husband and another couple. Had a few beers and a lobster. Went back to our friends house and went into the hot tub - rain and all. Moped & napped about most of Saturday.
