I have a MasterCard, a Sears card )which I avoid using since they charge interest from Day of Purchase) and two credit/debit cards, one for the household account and one for my personal money. The MasterCard is used principally for long-distance purchases (mail order and Internet shopping) and the balance is paid off every month. I haven't paid credit card interest in more than 20 years.
