What is your favorite song from the 50's? the 60's?
I'm not sure I
can pick just one. For one thing, it depends on my mood. Sometimes I like
something fast like Jailhouse Rock or Johnny B. Goode, or sometimes something
slow like Moon River or Summer Place. Chuck Berry is probably my all-time
favorite, followed by Elvis.

I was a young teenager
in the 50s and was taken with the clean-cut boys from Philly - Frankie
Avalon and Bobby Rydell. My favorite song(s) were "Venus" by
Frankie and "Wild One" by Bobby. In the 60s I especially liked
anything by the Mamas and Papas. My favorites were "Monday, Monday"
and "California Dreamin'".

I love a wide range
of music - not much from the '50s really, but there are a few from the
60s that I can remember listening to as a little girl and then hearing
them remade as an adult. When I was a
child in the 60s I loved all the songs from the musical Hair.

I
don't know. Since I wasn't alive then, I don't really know which songs
came out when.

I'm
not so good with dates...I like a lot of songs but I'm not sure when they
were made. Like Unchained Melody or, At Last.
