What article of clothing will you never give away?

I'll never give away my father's jacket from his time in World War II.  He was in the Coast Guard and always kept his clothing in excellent condition. Since he passed away, having this jacket is very meaningful to me.

I think the article of clothing I will never give away is a red shirt with white stripes on the shoulders, because my dad gave it to me and he had it ever since he was in high school or college.

I wear a black Banana Republic Stetson style hat that was given to me by my mentor. It has three small pins in it: one Ozzy, one Shods and one for a band I've never heard of called Ten Foot Rule. It's kind of become part of my stage image.

Alias Irrelevante

My name is June Lenore Newman. I live in Spring, Texas and I am 77 years old. I will never give away the hat that I wore on the day that I married my second husband Wilfred D. Newman. He adored the hat and was always asking me to wear it. It is put away in a safe place now and someday, my precious Rebecca June Newman, my grandchild who will be l6 on August 19, 2000, will get that hat either to wear herself or to preserve as an antique.

None, though I find it hardest to part with old sweaters worn soft and suitable only to cuddle into when home alone.

I've had this pair of purple underwear for years and years. Somehow they became my "lucky" purple underwear and I would wear them on special days...job interviews, 1st day at a new job, important meeting days, reunions with old boyfriends etc. They worked at first, but after a while things started not going right for me when I wore them. So now I rarely wear them, but I can't throw them out. I feel like they have some kind of mystical power and I'm sort of scared of them. I keep thinking they will put some kind of evil spell on me if I pitch them!! (I can't believe I admit these

There are these two fancy vests that a friend of mine made for me that I'd like to keep forever. . . They are pretty ugly, but I'm flattered that she took the many hours to make them for me, basically for free. .

My underwear. I donate shirt and pants to Goodwill all the time, but it seems tacky to give away something of that nature. Feels unsanitary.

That's a hard one, because my favorites change all the time. But it would probably be a black tank/corset I got about four years ago. It doesn't fit the best, but I still like it. :)

I don't really have anything all that special in my possession, but there is an old denim jacket that my mom keeps from when I was like five.  It's got a lot of little embroidered pictures on it. She said I refused to take it  off.

I will probably never give away my christening dress...both my son and daughter wore it for their christenings and it has a special place in my heart because of that. I guess if either of my children decide to have children, I would pass it on but only if I knew that it would be kept well and passed on to the next generation after that.

I don't really have anything so sentimental or useful that I couldn't see parting with it.

I would never give away my christening dress. I might pass it on to my children when they have children but only if they promised to keep it and then pass it on to their children.
