Los Angeles, LA Its my sister-in-law Mary Ann Hi: My name is Gwen Prohaska and I live in Oregon. The year 2000 began March 17th when I became the wife of Dale Prohaska, part of the loves of my life. This second marriage ended 7 years of being single for me. Looking back on that time, I enjoyed it, found myself again after 23 years of marriage, traveled, and actually fell in love for the first time(At 19 I thought I knew what love was). Age and wisdom have shown me what love really is! I am a grandmother 4 times over and these are another part of the loves of my life as is my two children, David and Lesa. These little people have given me a joy I thought not possible. And they continue to bring a selfless love just by being. I am currently attending college, for the first time, and hope to obtain a degree in computer science. Let me tell you, this was one scary time in my life. I found out older students go through all those self-questions I asked myself. I still marvel that I am still in school and getting almost a 4. Darn Algebra gets in the way!! I enjoy learning and I enjoy computers. So this was a natural. I am glad I found a place in this life. No one told me what came after motherhood. So being a grandmother now and seeking a career and having a new marriage and home is very fulfilling. In my spare time I have a greeting card business, hike, bike with my husband on our tandem, read, camp and participate in the singles group I joined. My dream is to give back all that has been given to me. Each day becomes a challenge in doing this. God has been so gracious and merciful. He is full of blessings.! Gwen2, 51

These are those people who sit in their little lives saying how good and righteous and maybe even how Christian they are and they just sit there. They judge others by their own standards.
