Which ingredients are always in your kitchen?
Appart from the staple carbohydrate things, I always have olive oil, several
kinds of vinegar, herbs and spices, salad vegetables, cheese mushrooms
and olives.

I always have
the nonperishables - flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch,
herbs and spices, oil, chocolate chips, brown sugar, rice, Campbell soup,
pasta, tuna. For everything else, I check the recipe for what I need before
I go shopping. I almost never have to run out to get an ingredient in
the middle of cooking something.

I cook quite
a bit so I have everything. I have one cabinet filled with spices, baking
powder, sugars, (Confection, brown, white, kayro syrup, syrup), white,
soy, wheat, rye, bread and pastry flour, canned tomatoes, various soups,
beans, salad dressings, vinegar (white, red, balsamic and apple), tuna
fish, raman noodles, mac and cheese, cereals, mayo, mustard and there
must always be Heinz Ketchup cause my husband and son would freak out.

A question
like this makes me realize how old fashioned my kitchen habits are. My
husband and I eat out about three times a month. All other meals are home
cooked. My pantry and freezer are both stocked for a month.
