How
often do you buy groceries?I ONLY BUY GROCERIES WHEN I REALLY NEED THEM FOR A SPECIAL
HOLIDAY OR COMPANY. IT IS ONLY MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND AND HE EATS OUT ALOT DURING THE WEEK
BECAUSE OF HIS JOB AND I DON'T EAT ALOT SO WHEN I NEED MILK OR BREAD OR PET FOOD THAT IS
ALL I BUY. I HATE GROCERIE SHOPPING AND ESPECIALLY WITH THE COST OF THEM TODAY.

Most weeks I make two hunting and gathering
expeditions. One local supermarket has Senior Citizen Day on Tuesday and the other honors
Senior Citizens on Wednesday. I take advantage of the loss leaders at both stores.

Funny...when I first this question in I
didn't know I'd be working at a grocery store. Who asked that question about probable
scenario for being famous and how has it worked out? Anyway, I go to the store 5 days a
week and buy stuff when I need it, tending to shop small.

I do a serious shop about every two
weeks, but pick up perishables like milk and fruit a couple of times in the middle.

Before my parents separated, it was once a
week, on Saturday. Now my Dad just gets the groceries as we need them, so basically
he is going to the shop almost every day after work.

Lately every week. Use to go 2-3 weeks and

I buy groceries about every 3 weeks.
I live by myself and rarely eat anything big so I just grab it all on one day and make
occasional stops for milk and extras.

I but groceries every week, usually. I do
most of the shopping every two weeks, but I'm usually running out of something in between
that time. Like, peanut butter, vegetables, deserts, that kind of stuff.
Lisa J., 22

recently moved into an apartment and dont really have any ingredients on the rare
occations when I actually cook, and we are constantly running out of milk and cereal (our
breakfast food of choice.)

I happen to work just a block from a large
grocery store so I go much more often that I should, just because it's convenient! I do
like the idea of having fresh foods every other day at home, rather than having to defrost
meat before cooking it. I used to shop once a week or once very other week and stock up a little. Now I just do that with paper
products and such.

We TRY to buy only on Saturdays but it
seldom works. We usually end up running to the store every other night.

If
"groceries" means the food I eat regularly, I suppose everyday. . .considering
